We had a great first meet up on December 1, 2014. There were 7 people who came. We talked, tangled and shared some work.   There were three people who had never heard of Zentangle before and seemed to really enjoy hearing all about it and even participated to make a tile.   Everyone walked away with a zentangle tile, a smile and generally more about this art form.  Our next meet up will be January 12, 2015. I have started a  “Calgary Zentangle” group in Google meet ups.  Many of the folks who come to class ask if there is an informal group that meets, not a class but get together to tangle and share, see projects, or share those special tiles, cards you are working on and get some feedback or new ideas.
